Exchange & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase from She's Quilted! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on worn items.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Send your item back to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.
